Terms & Conditions (AGB)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by IMOS Real Estate LLC, Court Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, to its clients. Deviating terms and conditions of the client shall become part of the contract only if we expressly agree to them in writing.

We provide advisory and brokerage services in the field of Dubai real estate for investors from the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The specific scope of services results from the respective written engagement. No particular return or increase in value is assured at any time.

The initial consultation is non-binding and free of charge for you. A contractual relationship only comes into existence after a written engagement by both parties. Until that point, no obligations arise for you.

The remuneration for our services is agreed in writing as part of the individual engagement.

We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damage based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. For other damage, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
